3a. Care Home Inquiries & Referrals

When you submit an inquiry through a “Request information” form on a home detail page or the general “Help me find care” form on our homepage, we collect the details you choose to share (name, contact information, care needs, budget, timeframe, and any notes). We use this information solely to help match you with suitable licensed personal care homes and to follow up with you directly.

We may share the details of your inquiry with the specific care home you selected or with homes we believe match your needs. We do not sell this information to third parties, and we only use it to provide the referral service you requested.

You can withdraw your inquiry or request deletion of your submitted information at any time by emailing hello@pacarefinder.com.

4. Data Retention

Your account and associated reviews are retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at hello@pacarefinder.com.

Neon — database (PostgreSQL)
OpenStreetMap / Leaflet — interactive maps (no personal data sent)
Google AdSense— displays advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and other sites on the internet.
