1. Service
PA Care Finder is a directory of Pennsylvania DHS-licensed personal care homes. We help families compare homes and optionally request a shortlist. We are not a placement agency, insurer, or licensing authority.
2. Family inquiries
By submitting an inquiry or shortlist request, you consent to PA Care Finder contacting you by email and, if you provided a phone number, by voice call, and to sharing relevant details with matching care homes so they may follow up. Providing a phone number is not consent to receive SMS. Text messages are optional and are sent only if you separately check the SMS box or complete /sms-opt-in. You can submit an inquiry and receive a shortlist without agreeing to SMS.
3. Operators
Claiming a listing, Featured plans, and email lead notifications are optional. SMS lead alerts are a separate optional program. You may claim a listing or buy Featured without agreeing to SMS. SMS is sent only if you check the optional SMS box or complete /sms-opt-in.
4. SMS program
Program: PA Care Finder Leads (Frezer Kifle). Recurring transactional texts about care-home inquiries and shortlist updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. SMS consent is not required to browse the directory, submit a shortlist, claim a listing, create an account, or purchase Featured. Privacy Policy · SMS opt-in.
